Welcome to the online home of the Sui-Shin-Kai karate club. The Sui-Shin-Kai karate club is located in Cahir, Co. Tipperary. It was founded 20 years ago by Sensei Mick Power. Sui-Shin-Kai is a shotokan karate club with a strong basis on traditional training. The club is fully affiliated with both Shotokan Karate-do International Ireland and the intenational govenring body Shotokan Karate-Do International Federation. Throughout the years the club has produced many fine black belts and competitors at all levels including international. Today the club is still going strong with many up and coming juniors and indeed seniors. Throughout the website you will be able to learn more about the club, karate, its students and indeed all the news and events of the moment.
